About us

We are a small roastery with a late night habit. We roast in small batches, pour with care and keep a seat by the window for you.

How we started

It began with a small roaster and a big love of a good cup.

We wanted a place where coffee is the star. So we found farms we trusted, learned how each bean likes to be roasted and opened our doors on Harbour Street.

Today we still roast after dark, when the street is quiet and the shop smells of warm caramel. Then we open up and pour it for you.

What we care about

  • We know our farms

Every coffee comes from one farm we can name. We talk to the people who grow it and pay them fairly.

  • We roast small

Small batches, roasted every week, so what you drink is never more than a few days out of the roaster.

  • We keep it friendly

No fuss and no rush. Ask us anything about what is on the bar and we will happily talk beans.

Made with patience

Good coffee cannot be hurried. We taste every roast, adjust and taste again until it is right.

The same goes for the cup in your hand. Our baristas taste every shot before it leaves the bar, because you deserve the best we can pour.

Come and say hello

You will find us on Harbour Street in Westbay. Pop in for a flat white, a pastry or a bag of beans to take home.

Come in out of the dark

The kettle is on and there is a seat by the window. Stay for one cup or stay for the evening.
